This magnificent and stunning fireplace is an outstanding example of Art Nouveau design Registration number on the back is 458335 which means this pattern was made in 1905/6. Superb detailing with a mythical central figure surrounded by a shell design and waves. Sides are adorned with acanthus leaves and flower pods. Above is an integral shelf and a fish swimming in the waves. Absolutely jaw dropping awesome and something in 45 years of trading I have never seen its equal.
